The Dark Is A Cold Lonely Shadow - Book 1 - Raz'Kul

Raz'Kul was a reasonably well known thief, with a smart mouth, and a mediocre bounty on his head, yet nobody recognised him from his wanted poster.

That's where everything went wrong for Raz'Kul. It seems he took exception to the "poor likeness, crooked nose and weak chin" in his depiction.

Raz'Kul hired the Kings own artist to pen a more accurate portrayal.

Nobody knows how Raz'Kul got into the castles most secure vault, and why...from all accounts, they didn't steal anything anything of value.

Nobody is quite sure how Raz'Kul's new and improved wanted poster ended up on the Kings bedside table on the same night.

Raz'Kul's quest for infamy worked better than he could have imagined! The addition of "Dead Or Alive" meant the Assassins Guild were now involved.

"may-haps, I went a little too far?" is now a common street saying for when anyone oversteps the line, or gets the attention of the Assassins Guild. Those words are now as infamous as Raz'Kul himself.

Raz'Kul, realising his mistake, immediately went into hiding, somewhat unwisely in the Honest Return, better known to all as the Dishonest Return. He was quickly sold out by his "friends" looking to cash in on the bounty...

The thing people couldn't work out, and as if to add to his stupidity, why would Raz'Kul then make things worse?
