My name is Warden Linfroy, and although I may be an evil man, there are lines that even I won’t cross. I am not pure evil! I have abused my power, and the final abuse of my power involved releasing one of my inmates from prison a week early. I did so to prevent her from being assassinated by the corporates the second the prison doors opened. In releasing her early, I didn't break any laws. She had already served her time. All the same, I have signed my own death warrant.

I did so deliberately and knew the consequences. I did so to release an Angel of Death upon the world. This Angel of Death has been trained since childhood to be a highly trained killer and assassin. She has a military-grade neural interface and is an expert hacker. Before her arrest, she led the most dangerous gang in Central, known as Breach. She is, without a doubt, completely insane, but not only that, she's really quite angry at the moment.

My Angel of Death is about to go on a killing spree the likes of which nobody can even start to comprehend! The death count will be really quite incredible! She has one singular goal. Retribution!

She will cut a bloody path through to the heart of pure evil!

I don't kid myself that my Angel of Death is either my redemption or my retribution, for which I deserve neither! Redemption? There is no possibility of redemption; however, my Angel of Death is retribution!

My Angel of Death is retribution for the children! Not just for those children killed in the Merizuki Massacre, but for all the children! For the children being abused and experimented on by the corporates and cyber-techs. For the children addicted to Leash!

The world should know the truth, and you'll find attached the knowledge I have, and, I admit, I have no evidence as to what I know is the truth!

And that's the key point! Evidence! Even with evidence, the corporates will worm their way out of the situation. They will buy out the lawyers and the judges, and if they can't, they'll blackmail them. They'll threaten their families. They'll be discredited. They'll be found dead. The witnesses will just disappear! The evidence will just disappear!

My Angel of Death is the most hated woman on the planet! She doesn't have friends! She doesn't have family! She can't be blackmailed! She can't be bought out! It won't go to court! She doesn't want to expose the corporates! She has no intention of getting into a legal battle with them!

My Angel of Death can't be reasoned with! She will just keep on killing until either pure evil is wiped from the face of the earth, or she herself is killed. And good luck with the latter!

The corporates? The cyber-techs? I am evil, but what you did to those children? That is pure evil. I find it amusing that your greatest success is also your greatest failure. They she will be your downfall.

Status: Kristine has, so far, spent 16 of her 18 month prison sentence so far in solitary confinement within Nemesi IV prison. That might arguably be for her own safety, but realistically, it is more for the safety of both the other inmates and the guards. There have been 19 incidents, six attempts on Kristine's life, and a claim that two prison guards attempted to rape her. After the guards regained consciousness and were finally released from hospital, neither of them filed a complaint.

Summary: Kristine is highly dangerous. She has a concerning level of expert military training, despite there being no record of her or her twin sister existing before the age of 14. At that point, they were both briefly listed amongst the top fifty most wanted criminals on the planet. The reasons as to why they were on that list appears to be a 'clerical error'.

Kristine is described as being: Criminally insane, mentally unstable, having serious mental health issues, a serious drug addiction, and severely paranoid.

Kristine is obsessive, compulsive, and delusional. She has severe anger issues and is prone to bouts of depression, usually followed by extreme violence. There are indications of both physical and sexual abuse from an early age. This has caused Kristine to have an extreme fear of being controlled, which has been compounded by her incarceration. Kristine actively seeks to dominate and control her multiple lovers and sexual partners, for which she usually has at least three on the go at any one time. Several of Kristine's ex-lovers seem intent on killing her once she is released. It is suspected that at least three of those are more likely to return to being happily dominated and humiliated by Kristine, as they were before.

Training

Infiltration: Recon, spying, disguise, and [CLASSIFIED (4)]. Although several fake passports were found, it is believed Kristine has multiple further fake identities.

Hacking: Expert, using a military-grade neural interface, and [CLASSIFIED (4)] implants. All implants were removed before Kristine was imprisoned; however, the process of removing Kristine's [CLASSIFIED] neural interface would have killed her. Her links to Twist are concerning here.

Training: Kristine is an expert with knives, pistols, assault rifles, and sniper rifles. She is believed to have a stash of illegal military-grade weapons, including a suitcase containing [CLASSIFIED (5)], explosives, and grenades. She is also believed to have a military-grade, DNA-encrypted assault rifle with a scope, stock and silencer, all of which are linked to her neural interface.

Explosives: Kristine apparently received expert explosives training from the age of at least ten. She was further trained by Breach. She specialises in demolitions, small targeted detonations, breach and extraction.

Vehicles/Licenses: Firearms, Explosives, Driving, Motorcycles, Helicopters, Attack Helicopters, APCs (including a gunner license), sniper rifles, rocket launchers, and various others which are [CLASSIFIED].

That seems highly unlikely, given that both Kristine and her twin sister apparently passed all these exams before the age of fifteen. Whether passing the exams or licensed, Kristine isn't one to obey the law. She has a frightening level of both technical and combat training.

Mostly, Kristine is known to drive insanely fast motorcycles linked to her neural interface.

Hand to hand combat: Although Kristine may only be ranked as a yellow belt in Jen-Ki, last week she defended herself against an assassination attempt from four assassins. Two of the attackers were second dan Jen-Ki and armed with knives, whilst Kristine was unarmed.*

*That's not quite true. Kristine used her t-shirt for defence and her bra as a weapon, then put three of the attackers in the infirmary, one with a broken jaw. The fourth was relatively unharmed, in that she came away with only a few bruises and had wet herself in terror.

A review is being undertaken, given that this is the first incident known where a cheap, standard issue prison bra, without any wire, was used as an effective weapon.*

*Surely it might be a better idea to review how four assassins managed to enter the prison, two of them with eight-inch long knives? Fortunately, Kristine did the guards' jobs for them. Kristine laid the two blades (that the guards had somehow missed as they were admitted to the prison) on the canteen floor. She then placed her bra and t-shirt back on and was happily sitting eating her breakfast by the time the guards (who should have been there in the first place) arrived..?

Crimes: [REDACTED (97)]

Potential Crimes: Too many to list; however, Kristine is believed to have killed her twin sister, Emily Valence, during "The Merizuki Massacre". The incident involved the deaths of 21 children, 3 police officers, and 18 gang members. However, Kristine's involvement with the child killing was never confirmed, and might explain how it was possible, given the video evidence, that she only got six years in prison?

It would seem that the judge at her trial might have had serious doubts as to her involvement, given that he gave Kristine the minimum possible sentence. More likely, Kristine and Breach threatened to kill him.

Kristine was confirmed to have killed at least eight gang members, and for four of those kills, she somehow shot them through walls. However, there was no doubt as to the fact that Kristine was caught on camera killing gang members, or that she was covered in her twin sister's blood. There was an 'insane mix of alcohol and drugs' in Kristine's system (and they're investigating as to how Kristine didn't have a heart attack given the quantities involved). This is all clearly documented in the video footage where she is seen on camera taking a huge amount of drugs and making herself cocktails, shooting gang members, and doing cartwheels, whilst her twin sister and 21 children lay dead on the floor.

They are also investigating how Kristine was not only still alive after being hit by three stun blasts, but she was still threatening to 'kill every last [EXPLETIVES REMOVED] one of them'. One stun blast is usually more than enough for anyone.*

*It is suspected that the sheer amount of drugs in Kristine's system, her neural interface, and [CLASSIFIED] implants might partially explain some of this. These factors might also explain how Kristine managed to shoot gang members through walls with such incredible accuracy.

Partners / Love Interests:

Kristine is hated by everyone, yet she is young, beautiful, intelligent, an expert in psychology, and highly skilled in both deception and manipulation. She plays on her skills, and despite not being classically beautiful, there is no doubt that she is attractive. She draws people to her, and they are entranced, just as they were by her deceased twin sister. Kristine uses her allure as a tool. Kristine toys with her lovers, makes them fall in love with her, uses them, dominates them, humiliates them, and then brutally discards them when she's either grown bored with them or they've served their purpose. That said, Kristine is insanely possessive and will seduce any potential rivals for no other reason than to humiliate them. Although Kristine's partners are usually female, there are numerous male partners, many of them obviously no more than tools.

Kristine's only notable long-term relationship, and the one anomaly, is Twist. Twist is three years younger than Kristine, which is in itself surprising. Every one of Kristine's other lovers is older than her. Twist is a member of Breach and is currently one of the most brilliant (and most wanted) hackers ever known. Again, it is suspected that Kristine used Twist as a tool. Their breakup was violent, and although Twist is not trained in hand to hand combat, she surprisingly "beat Kristine black and blue, before throwing her down the stairs"?

Twist has detailed how she plans to kill Kristine, in very precise (and somewhat disturbing) detail. After Twist has killed Kristine, she has also explained how she plans to kill Kristine again, this time slowly, and in even more specific and disturbing detail. After Twist has killed Kristine for a second time, she plans to kill Kristine again, and again, and the details go so far beyond disturbing that they shouldn't be repeated. It is safe to say that Kristine will be long dead before then if Twist has her way. And fired into the sun, decapitated, drowned, cut to pieces, etc...

Someone was stupid enough to claim this was no more than a "lovers' tiff" between Kristine and Twist? The next person who calls it a "lovers' tiff" might also wish that they were imprisoned in the highest security prison on the planet, just like Kristine. That might be the safest place they could be from Twist's wrath!

Kristine seems to have intensive military training (as did her twin sister, Emily), links to multiple gangs, two terrorist organisations, two corporates, [REDACTED], Breach, Yeriziki, Tempest, Octagon, and Merizuki. There are also vague references to Yamaura, FrostWalker and an unknown group called 'The Sarcophagi'.

None; however, Kristine is the ex-gang leader of Breach and [CLASSIFIED (2)]. There is a potential link to FrostWalker, but Kristine is not believed to be a member of 'The Sarcophagi'. Nexus attempted to recruit K and Twist, and, as all know, nobody refuses Nexus. Kristine is thought to have killed at least eight Nexus agents, blown up a building, and shot down a Nexus attack helicopter. Twist then apparently hacked Nexus and blackmailed them. After that, Nexus decided to stop trying to recruit or kill Kristine and Twist. Nexus placed a bounty on both of their heads (though they are too scared to admit to that fact).

Breach is linked to high-value hacks, robbery, theft, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, drug dealing, assassination, and [CLASSIFIED]. It is understood that Breach plans to kill Kristine once she is released from prison, and not just to claim the bounty. For Breach, it is personal! They want vengeance for Kristine killing her twin sister, Emily Valence, who was also a member of Breach and Manifold's lover.
