K can seemingly shift into another disguise and take on the character she is playing within a few hours. This is attributed to the work of "The Seamstress", for which no details are on file.
A tattoo artist called Prime was believed to have come into contact with K shortly sfter her release. Prime's tattoo parlour and her flat was searched. Prime was then closely monitored, tracked, and bugged 24/7 for three weeks. K was confirmed to have changed disguise and colour scheme twice during that period, without any contact with Prime. Prime is still being loosely monitored, despite evidence showing that she is not The Seamstress!
Prime works as a tattoo artist, hairdresser, piercer, dress designer, and painter. She left Central for two years after getting into trouble with various low-level Central gangs and incurring huge drug debts. Her ex-boyfriend leads a small drug-dealing gang of no real note, working out of a Southern Central bar. Prime has attempted to kill herself on at least two occasions, though the reasons as to why are unclear, that happened before any potential meeting with K. They are more likely related to abuse by her drug dealer boyfriend.
Prime has several minor arrests for drug offences, public indecency, and assault, though after being monitored for several weeks, is of no significance. She's a bit of a screw up all in all, and is somewhat unstable. The thought that she could be legendary Seamstress is, in fact, laughable. She's a junky, suicidal, messed up tattoo artist! I'm not sure why we wasted time monitoring her? Prime's flatmate, Fiona, is likewise a crazy, messed up, tattoo artist, working for Prime. She is also a drug addict, and has similar low-level drug offences. She has links to small time street gangs, but is likewise nothing of note.
It was suspected that Prime came into contact with K shortly after her release from prison; but it was later confirmed that there was no link between them. K was seen in Central with a new disguise three days before Prime arrived.
Prime now manages Prime Tattoo which is one of the best tattoo parlours in Central. Prime has cleaned up her drug habit (or at least has it under control) and has turned the business around. With regards to K, there is no connection! This was clearly proven as Prime spent two weeks in prison whilst K had two outfit changes. K was seen meeting with the Seamstress at Terminal during that time.
Both K and the Seamstress disappeared before they could be apprehended.
The Seamstress is a master of disguise and an expert in infiltration and misdirection. It is suspected she is an ex-military agent. Possibly working with Nexus. That would explain the incredible disguises and speed of transforming K. Definitely the fake passports (created whilst Prime was in prison) were masterpieces and created by professionals.
Prime is NOT "The Seamstress"!
