Anomaly I - Anomaly. This tells the story of a young Thelmos as she begins Keeper military training. It is a sci-fi love story. It is also very dark, depressing, and covers some challenging topics.
The series is mostly focused on the sci-fi side; however, Book III - Nirritas / Void Storm crosses over to fantasy and merges with 'Within That Dark A Single Flame'.
Anomaly is a standalone trilogy covering Thelmos. It covers the 500 years prior to 'Within That Dark A Single Flame'. That said, it was designed to read AFTER WTDASF. Confused? Us too.
Although these events happen before the main books, there are potential spoilers aplenty in there...
Anomaly I - Anomaly [80%]
Anomaly II - A Spinning Blade [75%]
Anomaly III - Nirritas / Void Storm [90%]
Anomaly IV - Like Tears In Rain (The AI Dialogues) [40%]
Working titles (may change)
These are planned to be read AFTER 'Within That Dark A Single Flame'. [And potentially in reverse order. Confused? Us too. Reading Order TBC]
Book I - Anomaly - Thelmos As A Child. The Keepers, The Teenage Years & Keeper Training.
Book II - A Spinning Blade - Thelmos, The Dark Years. XIII
Book III - Void Storm / Nemesis Protocol / Nirritas.
Book_IV - Like Tears In Rain - Tales From The Historian / Rants From The Historian / The AI Dialogues (A spin-off of the spin-off, but should be read after Book II, and it's nearly all dialogue. This touches on Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep & BladeRunner.)

Thelmos closed her eyes against the horror as the scarab’s machine guns finally found their mark. Agony washed over her as bullets punched straight through her, and she was thrown backwards into the room. Her final thought was:
