Twist Is a brilliant Ghost Hacker. She loves motorcycles since K introduced her to racing.

She has a military-grade neural interface, multiple implants and has had had her right arm replaced with a bionic limb after being shot. K saved her life and spent almost all of her money paying a corporate biotech to replace her arm.

She is K's ex-lover and since K's imprisonment herself and Brand have taken over leadership of Breach.

She later becomes Sliver's lover.
